For skin conditions that respond to Miconazole Nitrate and Chlorhexidine Gluconate, such as Malassezia
Dye and perfume-free to reduce skin irritation; doesn't strip oils from the coat

Unique formulation of antibacterial and antifungal agents for skin conditions that respond to Miconazole Nitrate and Chlorhexidine Gluconate. Miconazole Nitrate is an antifungal with activity against gram-positive bacteria and fungi, including Malassezia. Chlorhexidine Gluconate is an antiseptic with persistent activity against a wide range of microorganisms, including gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Malaseb Shampoo is a lathering, fragrance-free shampoo with a full 2% miconazole and 2% chlorhexidine and includes coat conditioners for optimal therapeutic effectiveness. Shampoo provides all-over descaling and degreasing of the haircoat without stripping and leaves it lustrous. Use on dogs and horses only.

Active Ingredients: 2% Chlorhexidine Gluconate, 2%Miconazole Nitrate.

Application instructions/length of effectiveness: Wet coat thoroughly with water. Apply and lather of Malaseb Shampoo over the entire body, allowing 10 minutes of contact time. Rinse completely with water. Do not allow animal to lick while bathing to prevent ingestion. Repeat twice weekly until symptoms subside, then weekly, or as directed by your veterinarian.

For topical use on dogs and horses. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If eye contact occurs or skin irritation develops, rinse thoroughly with water.

Store at room temperature. Protect from freezing.
